1. What can I expect from the first meeting?
The first meeting is always free of charge and without obligation. Its purpose is to get to know the client, their needs, and their objectives, and to outline a plan to achieve them through a personalized proposal. The meeting can be held online or, ideally, in person.
2. Do you only offer the services listed?
The listed services are those we generally offer. However, we can also provide other services related to marketing, advertising, graphic and web design, booking engines, data analysis, artificial intelligence, processes, and digital tools. At Nexus, you will have access to specialized professionals with personalized follow-up. In addition, we rely on trusted collaborators if any specific area of your project requires it.
3. Is there a minimum contract period?
There is no minimum contract period; the client may terminate the agreement at any time. However, for recurring services, the client must notify the agency at least 60 days in advance of their intention to end the service, in order to avoid working in advance on future actions that have already been scheduled and would otherwise remain unpaid.
4. Are the listed prices fixed?
No, all proposals are fully customized, designed and adapted to the specific needs of each individual client. The prices shown on this page are not binding quotations under any circumstances; they are purely indicative and represent the average contracted price for those services.
5. Do prices vary between high and low season?
For certain services where the workload is significantly uneven throughout the year—mainly concentrated during the hotel season in the spring and summer months—two pricing options may be offered: in-season pricing and off-season pricing. Prices are defined under an annual agreement; therefore, the agreed monthly fees will remain unchanged throughout the entire calendar year.
6. What is included in the proposals?
The prices of all proposals correspond exclusively to the professional fees for the provision of the services described. They do not include other variable expenses derived from these services, such as paid advertising investment on behalf of the client, one-off hiring of models or voice-over artists, travel outside Mallorca (flights, ferries, taxis), accommodation, meals, or the licensing of software or subscription to digital tools intended exclusively to deliver services for a specific client. All matters of this nature will be negotiated separately from service fees, based on the needs of each client at any given time.
7. Are discounts already applied?
No, no discounts are applied to the prices shown on this page. Any discount will be reflected in the quotation sent to each client. Currently, all services contracted during the first quarter of 2026 will benefit from a special first-year promotion, with a 10% discount applied. Discounts may also be applied based on the volume of services contracted.
8. How are payments made?
Payments will be made on a monthly basis via direct debit to the bank account provided in the SEPA authorization form, between the 1st and 10th of each month, always after the invoice has been issued.
